We would like to inform you that in support of upcoming changes to the new European data protection law known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we are updating our terms and conditions agreement effective on May 15th, 2018.

- Responsibilities over the collected and processed data;
- Contact information of our Data Protection Officer.
By continuing to use our product on or after May 15th, 2018, you are agreeing to the updated 123FormBuilder agreement. If you do not agree, you can choose to discontinue using our product before these terms become effective.
